Booking & Deposit

• A £50 deposit per intended day attended is required to secure your place.
• Deposits are collected by baby lock UK after your Academy request is submitted.
• Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Deposit Refunds

• 28 days or more before the course: 100% of the deposit refunded
• 15–28 days before the course: 50% of the deposit refunded
• 14 days or fewer before the course: No deposit refund

Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the Academy date.
• The exact due date will be clearly shown on your invoice.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Participant Cancellation & Transfers

• Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the course start date.
• Where possible, a transfer to another course may be arranged, subject to availability.

Cancellation by baby lock UK

• If baby lock UK cancels the Academy, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Minimum Numbers

• Academies require a minimum of 3 participants to take place. We will confirm no later than 14 days prior to the course start date, whether the course will be going ahead. If we cancel, a full refund will be provided.

• We strongly recommend booking travel and accommodation with free cancellation options where possible.
